FAQ

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of your order's delivery date. ​ Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused) to receive your choice of store credit or a refund back to the original payment method. To submit a return, please fill out the form on our returns page.

 

Items can be denied for return if any of the following apply:

  • Washed and/or worn

  • Deodorant marks

  • Stains of any kind

  • Excessive wrinkling

  • Detached size/wash & care tags (not hang tags)

  • Animal/human hair

  • Lingering odor, such as smoke, cologne, or detergent 

  • Any visible wear or damage

  • Damage from external forces 

 

Orders placed separately cannot be returned together. You will need to submit separate returns to ensure you do not experience a delay in the return process. All discounted, promotional and sale items including all items purchased during any promos are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipments and costs. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving them at our warehouse. Once you have dropped off your item with your shipping carrier, please be sure to reach out to our customer service team at info@medusafit.com to provide us with your package's tracking number. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit.

Shipping charges and expected delivery dates are displayed on the checkout page at the time of your order. This information also appears in your order confirmation email.

We package and ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and verification. All orders are shipped through USPS. If you are having issues tracking your delivery, please contact us at info@medusafit.com

If you have multiple orders placed, they will be sent separately. To ensure your packages are delivered accurately, we are unable to edit your orders and combine them into one package. Standard shipping rates will apply.
